A near life-long love of baking has led me to various opportunities to bring more sweetness into people’s lives. I have worked as a pastry chef, pastry prep cook, baker, and caterer.  While I love all things dessert-related, after getting a Celiac diagnosis, my passion became creating imperceptably gluten-free treats. As such, all work featured below is gluten free (but I bet you couldn’t tell).
